“The Piadina”
A piadina is an unleavened flatbread from Northern Italy and has roots dating back to ancient Rome. For centuries, the piadina was considered the poor man’s food, seen originally on the table of farmers when bread was scarce. Today it’s well-known internationally and is served in homes and restaurants throughout Italy. Pino is bringing it to you in a variety of ways! We all probably have our own personal economic downturn story and Pino’s Auto Grill is the outcome of mine.
After always working for someone else and always having the dream of sharing my heritage of Italian cooking, I decided that now was as good a time as any…and how better to do it than a Food Truck!
I mean, no matter how bad the economy, people always have to have lunch, and who doesn’t want some good Italian food to get them through their day!

Lunch Piadinas – $9.00
Prosciutto – romaine lettuce, tomatoes and balsamic vinaigrette
Caprese – prosciutto, mozzarella, tomatoes, romaine lettuce and balsamic vinaigrette
Grigliata – grilled eggplant, red peppers, zucchini, yellow squash, asparagus
Turkey – romaine lettuce, tomatoes and balsamic vinaigrette
Ninetta Steak & Cheese – grilled peppers, onions and provolone cheese
Grilled Italian Sausage – Hand crafted Italian sausage, peppers and onions
